ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
If you place an order over a long weekend or public holiday, processing begins on the next business day.
SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
Free shipping on all orders over R800.
Orders below R800 are charged a flat rate of R80.
Estimated delivery is 3โ5 business days for major centres and 5โ7 business days for outlying areas, depending on your location.
All SA orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Every order is shipped with tracking and updates are sent via email. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout - once an order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect or intercept the parcel.
If your tracking shows a delivery exception or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@troveocart.co.za or via WhatsApp and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right.
