Cancellation policy

Some items in the TroveoCart store are available as a subscription. This policy explains how this purchase type works and how to make changes or cancel.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery cycle, unless you chose to pay upfront in full.

Some subscriptions auto-renew once the initial term ends. If you do not want to renew, cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel or adjust your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription directly. No need to contact us to do this - it is self-serve.
